Her humble demeanor draws you in, but her education, passion, and drive will keep you locked in and fully aware of her capabilities to succeed and set the standard for others to follow. Coach Tiffany currently serves as the Founder/CEO of HER POWER which owns and operates ABC 24hr childcare, a daycare that provides non-stop 24-hour care to include weekend care. Her expertise in scaling and sustaining daycare success has afforded her the opportunity to scale to be a seven-figure facility in the first three years of offering this service. She works diligently to develop strong teams through training, establishing clear boundaries, and creating a welcoming environment for all staff and faculty. Her urge for seeing others win, despite socioeconomic limitations, ignited an unquenchable desire to launch a national consulting business.

Coach Tiffany provides training and consulting services for start-up daycares, established day care facilities, and corporations looking to establish internal daycare resources for their staff and teams. Having served as the President of her local NAACP Chapter, Trustee and Deaconess at Greater Calvary Full Gospel Baptist Church where Colin Gavin is her pastor, past chair and current member of the Erie County DEI Commission, adjunct college faculty, trainer/facilitator for state and local licensing committees, Tiffany is also to serve as a member of the PA for Pre-k and Trying Together State Advisory Board.

Coach Tiffany is well-equipped for helping others achieve success and is proud to be a 2016 graduate of the Jefferson Education Society's Leadership Program. Coach Tiffany is also a proud member of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. Coach Tiffany currently holds a MSW and BS: Human Ecology: Marriage and Family Studies Her impeccable resume and highly sought-after expertise have landed her in the category as top speaker and presenter in her home state of Pennsylvania. She has spoken to crowds of thousands, earned countless awards. Yet, she remains approachable while having the heart of a servant. She also provides professional grant writing services for businesses seeking federal funding to grow and scale their businesses.
